What DPO did you get your BFP?

Im 13 DPO expecting AF tomorrow, and i Got a BFN this afternoon. Trying not to get my hopes up but i really want this baby! I had a really bad cramp on 11 dpo thought maybe it was implantation. Has anyone ever got a BFN Before you got your BFP
