the clue is is that your a possible asthmetic, your triggers are probably floating around and in order to help you body fight the triggers, your lymph nodes swell, it could also be that you fighting off infection, like right before you get the syptoms of being sick, your bodys fighting something, and no, its not dietbete, if it was dietbetes, you would have a very high blood sugar, you would always be thirsty, your mouth would be dry and you would have ped out by now
