Where should I move too?

So I currently live in Orlando, Florida and have since 2000. I currently hold a Bachelors of Science in Political Science/Pre-law and have some graduate course work completed in public admin. I am REALLY over living in Florida and my lease is up in September. I enjoy the snow, small town atmospheres, shopping, and a slower paced life. I have considered Boulder, CO and Virginia/DC area (due to my education). Any suggestions anyone? I am also single so it would just be myself and no kids.... hmmmm?
