Getting a loan to start a bussiness?

i am looking for a loan between �3000-�5000 to start a courier firm . i actually work for a printing company at the moment but want to become self employed to deliver there print and also get additional work . i am uk based and dont want any broker or companys with fees up front and no banks because i've try'd any ideas ?
