Depression?

Okay, I think I am going to snap because I got deppression again. I already got it once exactly year ago. I hate it soo much because it makes me feel like I am never gonna get better , same like year ago although now i Know i will because I did it once i can do it again. But it is frustrating=(((( Well what I want to ask why do I feel like I have small stomach ache and i feel like I am constipated although I go to toilet normally?? It is just the felling i know it because the year ago I felt te same but then it went away along with depression. (2 months) I dont know if this is normal or not I just want to see what you guys think.
