Puffy red blotch around the left side of my mouth?

I had realized a about 2 days agoi had gotten two ingrown pimples on the right side of my mouth it's not common but I have seen it before and it goes away usually in a few days though, on the left I had seen it was getting read and a little puffy I didn't think it wad much to worry about, it was not to visible, that night I had gotten out of the shower and saw the puffyness had increased and thaw well the redness, I thought it was a pimple so I used a cleanser then popes it now it wasn't rly a pop it was more like a blackhead where it shoots out and there was quite a bit tho. Oh I forgot to say that it's winter and recently my skin has been very dry and my skin around my nose and chin is getting chappy and dry and peeling ish. I got soared after cuz the redness and puffy ness had increSed even more so I decided to put some aloe Vera gel over night and in the morning it had increased again. Btw I don't suffer from bad acne, just a few pimples here and there. It has been two days and its gone down a tiny bit though it's coming back up on my right side. I'm going to a party in 3 days I need it gone! I did some research and it seems like exyma or a mild case of Seborrheic dermatitis
