How many of you knit, crochet, cross stitch...etc?

I've known how to crochet since I was 8 and just learned how to knit a few months ago. I prefer crocheting over knitting because I feel I can do way more patterns that way. I do feel it's a dying art since I don't know anyone else that can do any of those. I don't think only old ladies do it, but I don't think and single 19 year old girl is super excited to learn. I just got more into it because I have a baby due this october and thought "Well, I can make all the hats and mittens and whatnot myself!" I also had a bunch of friends have babies lately and made them blankets.
