Temporarily installed 2 motion det outside w/ 4- 90 w lamps I'd like to permanently connect them.?

I had above-described lamps temporarily plugged to my furnace outlet in the garage on a 14 g. wire. I'd like to permanently connect them to my house circuits. Which circuit do I need to find - 15 or 20 amps circuit uming I'll be within the capacity. Thanks.
