Is MIKA gay?

No one really knows as he dosent want to talk about that part of his life, although there is a lot of speculation about whether he is or isnt, based on the way he sometimes acts of what he wears. Personally i dont think he is but simply no one knows for sure until he decides to confirm it either way.
