Is this computer configuration and price reasonable?

From a quick glance, I'd say that's overpriced. Go to www.newegg.com and look up the individual components to get an idea of what they are going for. Add each component to your shopping cart, then when your done look at your cart for the total cost. Since you're probably looking at buying it as a pre-built system, add another 10-20% to cover the markup of having it pre-built. That will give you a rough idea.
