Is "Motion Lotion" a) edible b) water based c) safe to use with someone is allergic to lubricated condoms?

I have a variety pack of Motion Lotion, and my GF needs to know if it is water based, safe to ingest, and most important safe to use with a person who is allergic to standard lubricated latex condoms. I have not been able to find out many details on the product and I was wondering if anyone knows anything about this lotion. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx
