I have the funding now, i am submitting a personal injury claim, against a small buisness.has anyone done this

the man whose buisness it is, is very dodgy, not truthful, a con man. i have evidence to prove my allegations. i am hopeing this will be heard in court, it gives me total exposure of the man. anyone had a similar case?
