I am trying to export word, jpeg, html files all to a new multipage PDF. Any freeware for mac os x for this?

I want to write a new pdf using several docs, jpegs, etc, I already have on my mac (OS X 10.3.9). Can I do this with freeware and if so what is the best to use? Ta.
