How to keep neighbor's dog from chasing outdoor rabbit?

I love all animals, and have an outdoor bunny that feeds on my lawn. My neighbor's dog is constantly chasing it. My neighbor thinks it's funny. Is there anything I can put down that will deter the dog but not the bunny, and not permanently hurt either?
