Aim altenate e-mail address problem, please help.?

I know this question is common, but I haven't found the answer I'm looking for. I forgot my pword to my aim sn and when trying to recover it my birthday is incorrect so instead I've been trying to recover it by my alternate e-mail address which is correct but I can't figure out the security question. Is there anyway I can get a pword reset e-mail sent to my alternate e-mail address rather than going through the question process. It really is my screen name, but when signing up I made up whatever which I'm really regretting now.
