92 honda prelude and 96 civic?

ok i want to put the whole rotor and the stud pattarn from my 92 prelude to my 96 civic as the stud pattarn on the prelude is a 4x114 and the civic is a 4x100 so i want the prelude stud pattarn on the civic so can i take the whole rotor and what ever else that needs to be taken off to fit on to my civic is this possible
